I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ENTIRE PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY FEATURES AND/OR SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE SILAKAS APPLICATION.

This Privacy Policy is an agreement between the user (the “User”) and the Tanah Laut Regency Government - the Tanah Laut Regency Population and Civil Registration Service as the SILAKAS Application Electronic System Operator (the “Application”) to provide Population Administration and Civil Registration management services. This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the content and products of the Application. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Application, the User is deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with one, part, or all of the contents contained in this Privacy Policy, then the User is allowed to delete the Application on the electronic device and/or not access the Application and/or not use the Application. The Application is released from all responsibility for all losses that the User receives in connection with the decision not to use this Application.

II. DEFINITION

Each of the following words or terms used in this Privacy Policy has the following meanings below, unless the word or term concerned in its use expressly stipulates otherwise:
“Application” is the “SILAKAS” application and website that is used to provide Population Administration and Civil Registration services which are managed and owned by the Tanah Laut Regency Government - Tanah Laut Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.
“User” means any person who uses the Application.
“Personal Data” or "Personal Information", means any and all personal data provided by the Application User, including but not limited to name, identification number, address, user location, user contact, and documents and other data as requested on the account registration form or other forms when using the Application.

III. HOW THE APP WORKS
  1. When the User downloads the App, the system will ask for the User's approval to enable location, camera, storage.
  2. For every service request, data and photos of the form are sent from the camera or storage.
IV. COLLECTED INFORMATION

The application collects Personal Data for the purposes of the process of making resident documents. Personal Data collected is as follows:

V. STORED INFORMATION
  1. User's Personal Data and all recorded applications for residence documents will be stored in the Application that has gone through a verification process and is encrypted during the service's operation.
  2. If the Application is not used or its utilization is stopped, the Application will continue to store and use the User's Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  3. The application uses infrastructure & servers owned by the Tanah Laut Regency Government to store Personal Data and uses legal software to obtain and collect Personal Data.
VI. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Application may use the Personal Data collected for purposes including but not limited to:

  1. Application will process and analyze Personal Data to provide services in making resident documents
  2. The data obtained from access to the user's camera is used so that the application can send photos and documents to be processed in the manufacture of population documents
  3. Personal data stored will be processed for completion of the preparation of the residence document submitted
VII. SENDING AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL DATA

User's Personal Data will not be sent and disseminated to other parties, except for legitimate requests from law enforcement officials based on the provisions of laws and regulations.

VIII. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data will be deleted from the Application server at least 5 (five) years since the Application is not operating.

IX. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be changed or updated from time to time by notification to the User through the Application. By continuing to access the Application, the User is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy, including its changes and/or updates.

X. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND APPROVAL
  1. User declares that the Personal Data submitted to the Application at the time of account registration, renewal and/or submitting a residence document application is accurate and true data.
  2. In the event that you are under 18 years of age and unmarried, the User represents and warrants that the User has obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. By giving consent, the User's parent or legal guardian agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  3. By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the User acknowledges that he has read and understands this Privacy Policy and agrees to all its terms. In particular, the User agrees and gives consent to the Application to collect, use, share, disclose, store, transfer, or process the User's Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the laws and regulations (“Personal Data Owner Agreement”).
XI. NOTICE
  1. In the event that the User finds a security loophole in the Application system, the User must immediately report the findings in writing to the Application. Users are prohibited from using this for personal or certain group interests and publishing it to the general public for any reason.
  2. Users can submit questions, complaints and/or complaints in connection with the use of Personal Data or Personal Information on the Application. All responses, suggestions, and or findings provided by the User regarding the Application are not considered confidential information. The application reserves the right to use this information freely without limits. Users are prohibited from abusing the findings so that it can affect the operation of the Application.
  3. Reports of security findings, questions, complaints and/or complaints regarding the use of the Application are submitted in writing via email admin@dukcapil.tanahlautkab.go.id by attaching the User's identity.
  4. The Application will verify the Personal Data by referring to the Personal Data stored in the Application system. The application has the right to reject questions, complaints and/or complaints submitted in the event that the Personal Data has not been verified.
  5. In the event that there are additions, subtractions and/or changes to the Application complaint channel, you will be notified later through Application notifications or through other official channels.


I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE PRIVACY POLICY AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES AND HEREBY ACCEPT ANY RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE PRIVACY POLICY. THIS STATEMENT IS CONSIDERED AS PERSONAL DATA OWNER'S APPROVAL.
